Well it started storming here at 3 am this morning and it’s still raining at 7 am. Poor Lily she first had to deal with the squirrels dropping Hickory Nuts on the trailer, then the dreaded Groomers and now the Storm has moved in. She’s a nervous wreck! Dad is suppose to save her from all of this so his lap is where she wants to be. As you can see she is telling him she needs a safer place to lay as her world is not safe right now and he needs to fix it!
We are also using the water from our tanks as we got up to No Water. We are hooked up to the parks water supply but it’s off right now. Not the first time this has happened to us. We have dealt with this kind of thing before. It just makes doing things here harder since we only carry a quarter tank of water and that will not last long. We will see how the day progresses.
Norm and I plan to go get our hair cut today and since it’s in Walmart I can pick up the chicken and stamps I forgot yesterday. Hey they have McDonald’s in there too. So I could get a coffee for the ride home of 20 plus minutes. Hey I love my coffee!
Why is it some people have to go out and say things on the web that would have been better kept to themselves. I find it hard to believe that someone has NEVER had a depressing day. In this world of Extremes it is very easy to have several of them. Depressing days can happen for all kinds of reasons, a loved one is ill, your world seems to be falling apart around you and you don’t know where to go for help, or even days of rain that seem to go on forever with no sunshine in sight. If you’ve never experienced any of this then you are truly blessed and I am happy for you. However no one person wants to be depressed and to say that they do is inconsiderate and inappropriate for sure. So the next time you hear someone say they have had a depressing day or read someone has had a depressing day before you make a snide remark Stop, Think, Listen, Read and ask yourself WHY did they write it. Then write something encouraging not demeaning to them. Everyone deserves consideration and kindness you know. Just saying think before you speak or write or if you can’t say something nice say nothing at all! Thank-you!
Okay got that off my chest. People frustrate me especially those who judge others with out knowing the whole story. I find myself doing it and I stop myself and make myself step back and think before I act or react to what I’ve read, seen, or heard. It’s hard sometimes to do but it’s better when I do so I don’t put my foot in my mouth!
Here’s hoping everyone has a Marvelous Tuesday filled with Sunshine and Rainbows but most of all filled with Love.
