Good Morning!

The sun is shining and it is suppose to get to the 70’s today and that makes me very excited. I can hear a cardinal singing just outside our window. A lovely sound and a perfect way to greet the morning.

I had planned to clean out the fridge yesterday. Well I got part of that done. Today I will finish that and so some baking and try my hand at making ice-cream. I’m considering banana nut muffins for breakfast and a peach cobbler to go with the ice cream. Of course I am thinking hot dogs for dinner.

Something just ran across our roof and there it goes again. Not sure what’s going on up there but we do live in nature so it could be a bird or maybe even a squirrel.

Our daughter Nikki gave me two of these appliques when we first started on our Journey back in August of 2018. I have been trying to figure out what I wanted to do with them. Well in October they were “BOB’S” Halloween costume and then it came to me that they would look good on my denim bag. So that is where I placed them. I like the way they look. This bag is great as it not only carries my purse items but can also carry my camera, journal and phone. One bag to do it all! Works for me and I do wear a lot of denim so it just completes my look. I’ve not done a lot of crafts here do to my cleaning and rearranging my cabinets, closets and drawers but I did manage to do a few. I have a couple things I want to do before we move next Thursday. We will see how that goes.

Well I am feeling a little lazy today. I stayed up late to finish reading a good book. I’ve done that two nights in a row now. I know better but what can I say I love a good book that I just can’t put down.

I am needing a coffee refill and soon Lily will need her walk. Hope everyone has a lovely Saturday.
